Individual Community Living Support or ICLS provides personalized instruction in life skills that are necessary to maintain or increase a person’s independence. We include not only home support but also community engagement and other skills in your Individualized Plan of Service. With the goal to foster independence, the services offered and skills taught are provided alongside the individual, and not done for them. All services will be tailored according to you or your loved one’s specialized needs so we can better improve your lifestyle and achieve better outcomes.
Individual Community Living Supports (ICLS) includes the following service categories:
- Activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Active cognitive support
- Adaptive support service
- Community engagement
- Health, safety, and wellness
- Household management
ICLS covers services for individuals 65 years and older enrolled in Elderly Waiver (EW) or the Alternative Care (AC) program. Should you need further assistance with this service, you may set an appointment with us.
